The firearms deer opener is coming soon so you better get your shotguns ready and in tact, the first season for deer starts on November 3. The second season for deer starts on November 17 through the 25th. Also you should go out and make sure that you have bought your deer license.
If you are 17 or younger you are going to need to go out and buy your youth firearms license. If you are 18 or older you will need a regular licence. The only difference in these two licenses is that the youth is cheaper than the regular license. Other than the two license you can also buy bonus license. This year they have lowered the bonus licence that you can buy from 4 to 1. The reason for this is that our area has been changed into a management area.
After you buy your license you are also in need of other stuff like blaze orange clothing. You will need to have at least your upper body in blaze orange from cap, jacket, gloves and if you have enough money you could get overalls for your bottom half.
Last but not least you are going to need a shogun to shoot the deer . I talked to Jordan Zemke and he has just got done sighting his shotgun in and he said " I can hardly hit a 50 gallon drum with my bird barrel on it." Don't be like Jordan and buy a slug barrel for your gun. I told you how you can go deer hunting, so go shoot one.
